We are seeking an experienced Technical Evaluator to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for accurately and objectively evaluating the quality and efficiency of products and services using domain-specific technical knowledge. Additionally, you will identify improvement opportunities and propose appropriate solutions aimed at enhancing customer satisfaction. If you are passionate about delivering the best possible customer experience, we want to meet you. * Technically evaluate the company’s products and services, ensuring their quality and compliance with established standards; * Conduct performance testing and analysis to identify potential improvements or issues in systems and software; * Prepare technical reports summarizing evaluation results, presenting recommendations and solutions for identified issues; * Participate in meetings with development teams, suppliers, and customers to discuss and clarify technical matters related to products and services; * Stay updated on market technological trends and advancements to integrate this expertise into product evaluations; * Conduct security testing to identify potential system vulnerabilities and propose protective measures; * Attend training and capacity-building sessions to enhance technical knowledge and stay current with technologies used by the company; * Collaborate with technical teams to resolve complex problems and assist in defining efficient solutions; * Contribute to continuous internal process improvement by suggesting and implementing enhancements to technical evaluation methodologies; * Maintain detailed records of all activities performed, ensuring traceability and proper documentation of technical evaluations.
