The Combate Group is a company dedicated to promoting martial arts events and competitions. Focused on athlete training and development, it aims to foster sports culture in Brazil. **Responsibilities:** Proactively prospecting new clients, including residential properties, commercial establishments, and condominiums. Performing fieldwork with a results-oriented commercial approach. Identifying customers' security vulnerabilities and requirements. Presenting and marketing integrated electronic security solutions, including CCTV, alarms, electric fences, remote concierge services, access control, and others. Developing, negotiating, and finalizing commercial proposals. Conducting continuous follow\-up until sale completion. Managing the customer portfolio and maintaining post\-sale relationships. Organizing schedules, conducting visits, and updating records in the system/CRM. Meeting established targets and monitoring performance indicators. Previous experience as an External Salesperson, Sales Consultant, Commercial Agent, or Sales Executive may indicate alignment with some of the responsibilities of this position. High school diploma required.
