Manage warranty, quality, customer satisfaction, and technical service network performance indicators. Plan and implement training and technical capacity-building programs. Manage accreditation, auditing, and performance evaluation processes for authorized service providers. Conduct failure analyses and propose continuous improvements to products, services, and processes. Coordinate technical communication and dissemination of procedures and guidelines to accredited service providers.
