Job Summary: An R&S professional to lead recruitment processes, develop the employer brand, and promote talent integration within the Hi Group. Key Highlights: 1. We believe in promoting our values through our brands, people, and products—advocating inclusion, the "do-it-yourself" culture, and the "eco-friendly" culture via green and shared economy, generating wealth while caring for nature—not only through our services but also through the engagement of our collaborators, franchisees, and customers. **Key Responsibilities:** * Lead the entire recruitment and selection process for different hierarchical levels and departments within the Hi Group; * Create and publish job postings on the most suitable and innovative channels to attract top talent; * Conduct resume screening and competency-based interviews, both individual and group; * Manage the talent pool and ensure it remains updated and aligned with business needs; * Develop strategies to strengthen the Hi Group’s employer brand; * Handle new hire onboarding and integration, ensuring a positive initial employee experience; * Design and analyze recruitment and selection metrics for continuous process improvement; * Promote internal recruitment and mobility programs within the Hi Group; * Establish partnerships with universities and internship programs; * Align with leadership to understand and meet hiring requirements. * Assist with generalist demands when few openings are available. **What We’re Looking For:** **Hard Skills:** * Bachelor's degree in Psychology, Human Resources Management, or related fields; * Minimum of 6 months’ proven experience in recruitment and selection; * Knowledge of competency-based interviews and behavioral assessment tools; * Proficiency in recruitment platforms. **Soft Skills:** * Ethics and commitment to results; * Excellent communication and active listening skills; * Organizational and multitasking abilities; * Innovative and flexible mindset to adopt new approaches; * Proactivity and strategic vision to attract top talent. **Benefits:** * Meal Allowance * Transportation Allowance or Mobility Assistance * Laundry Credit – 60 Minutes * Life Insurance * Medical Assistance – Telemedicine * Weelhub (Gympass) * Well-being Support: Psychologist and Nutritionist Work schedule: Monday to Friday, 08:30–17:30 Competitive salary / Market-aligned compensation Employment type: Permanent CLT contract Selection Questions: * 1\.
