We have extensive experience developing institutional portals and transparency portals for public agencies. To continue our growth and development of new solutions, we seek a professional for the position of **Fullstack Systems Developer**. This professional will be responsible for designing, developing, and implementing complete software solutions covering both front\-end and back\-end. The ideal candidate must have solid experience in web technologies, be capable of collaborating effectively within agile teams, and possess a passion for solving complex problems. **Profiles that match us:** Challenges enthusiast Takes initiative Always acts with commitment and responsibility Continuously seeks knowledge Team-oriented Shares knowledge **Responsibilities:** Create Proof of Concepts (PoCs) and prototypes to evaluate new technologies and solutions Collaborate with other team members to develop features collaboratively and simultaneously Participate in daily meetings (Daily Scrums) to track activities, align efforts, and identify blockers Work directly with database queries for data analysis, optimization, and maintenance Fix bugs and issues identified in the existing application Provide ongoing support to maintain current application functionalities, ensuring operational stability and efficiency Proactively prevent failures through improvements and adjustments Collaborate with the team to develop new features as needs arise Support cloud infrastructure, ensuring application availability and optimization Deploy new versions, which may include bug fixes and new features Monitor version performance post-deployment, ensuring everything functions as expected and making adjustments when necessary Create and document procedures and best practices to facilitate team learning and alignment with project requirements **Education** Completed undergraduate degree in related fields. **Required Skills:** Knowledge of Programming Logic and Data Structures Understanding of Design Patterns and software architecture principles Proficiency in ReactJS, NodeJS, and GraphQL Experience with SQL and/or NoSQL databases Familiarity with version control (Git) and agile methodologies (Scrum) Familiarity with DevOps practices Experience with Cloud Computing (AWS) **Preferred Qualifications:** Experience or familiarity with programming languages such as Java or Golang Experience in unit and integration testing Ability to write scripts and automate routine tasks, deployments, or development environments Knowledge and practical experience using AI-based tools and assistants **Work Location** Remote/Hybrid **Employment Type** To be determined
