Job Summary: The Foreign Trade Assistant will be responsible for documentation control, registration coordination, cargo tracking, and import/export processes. Key Highlights: 1. Handling import and export documentation control and coordination 2. Analyzing shipping documents and following up with customers 3. Direct communication with the logistics department * **Managing documentation control and registration coordination via third-party customs brokers,** * **Tracking cargo after customs clearance of imports,** * **Entering data into systems, preparing import expense tracking reports, and receiving budget requests,** * **Requesting quotations from exporters,** * **Monitoring shipments,** * **Analyzing import and export shipping documents for parts and equipment,** * **Supporting the opening of procedures,** * **Various quotations,** * **Following up with customers, including cargo delivery tracking with import/export documentation.** ***To perform well as a Foreign Trade Assistant, in addition to holding a degree, strong communication skills and negotiation ability are essential.*** ***Which departments does this role interact with at Grillo?
