You will support the creation of planograms, analyze category metrics, and contribute to initiatives that drive retail performance and results. **Commercial (Inventory Management)** Ensures balance between stock availability and efficiency. You will manage and analyze inventory to support commercial decision-making. **Commercial (Pricing – Price Management)** Turns pricing into strategy. You will support analyses and proposals that impact competitiveness and business results. **Commercial (Visual Merchandising)** Creates and executes in-store product ambiance and display. You will support layout, furniture, and organization projects, helping to delight customers and facilitate purchasing at Panvel. *Preference for Architecture students.* **Finance & Control (Tax)** Ensures tax compliance and organization. You will participate in campaign development and analyze results across the digital customer journey. **Expansion (Contracts and Leasing)** Organizes processes that enable growth. You will support administrative routines and monitor contracts related to new projects. **Expansion (Maintenance)** Keeps operations running efficiently. You will support planning, cost control, and maintenance routines across our units. **Expansion (Projects and Architecture)** Plans and oversees the opening of new stores. You will support store IT assistance and contribute to daily system functionality. **Information Technology (Systems Development)** Builds and evolves solutions that sustain the business. You will participate in system development and maintenance, handle incident resolution, and support technical organization and governance within the squad. **Information Technology (Infrastructure & Automation)** Ensures integration and scalability of technological environments. You will support integration and automation development, as well as Infrastructure-as-Code (IaC) initiatives, contributing to more efficient and structured environments. **Information Technology (Information Security)** Protects data, systems, and operations.
