The Compensation Analyst will work strategically and analytically on the development, maintenance, and evolution of the company's compensation policies. **Responsibilities and duties** * Conduct compensation and salary structure analyses, ensuring alignment with market standards and internal strategies. * Develop studies on salary movements, job classifications, promotions, and periodic adjustments. * Lead updates to the salary table and pay ranges by position. * Support the design, review, and monitoring of variable compensation programs. * Perform financial simulations and support internal teams in understanding the models. * Indicators and Analyses * Prepare reports, dashboards, and analyses that support strategic business decisions. * Work with People Analytics on studies correlating compensation, performance, and outcomes. * Support the job evaluation and description process. * Conduct salary surveys (external and internal), benchmarking, and consolidation of market indicators. * Contribute to the improvement of area policies, guidelines, and processes. **Requirements and qualifications** * Completed bachelor’s degree in Administration, Economics, Engineering, Statistics, Accounting, Psychology, or related fields. * Postgraduate studies in the field are desirable. * Previous experience in compensation (preferably in large companies or retail). * Advanced proficiency in Excel. * Analytical skills and ability to model information. * Familiarity with salary surveys and job evaluation methodologies (Hay/Korn Ferry). **Additional information** **Job schedule:** 8:00 AM to 5:48 PM **Benefits:** * Childcare allowance * Day Off (day off on birthday) * Exclusive discounts at Panvel Pharmacy * Rotating parking * Extended maternity and paternity leave * Profit and Results Sharing Program (PLR) * Dental plan (through the Employees Association) * Health plan * Mental health support programs * On-site cafeteria * Shuttle transportation * Wellhub (gym discounts) Caring is in our essence.
