Job Summary: The Lebes Group is seeking a creative and proactive professional to join the marketing team, creating layouts, designing materials, and editing media for campaigns and e-commerce. If you love design, have an aesthetic eye, and want to get hands-on in day-to-day retail operations, this position is for you!** Responsibilities: Create layouts and assets for campaigns, social media, e-commerce, and internal materials; Design various materials, ensuring visual organization and alignment with brand identity; Edit and retouch images and videos; Collaborate closely with the Marketing team, promptly and creatively fulfilling retail-related requests. Requirements: Proficiency in graphic design software (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign or equivalents); Basic knowledge of video editing (Premiere, After Effects or similar); Skills in layout design and visual composition; Knowledge of branding and storytelling; Organization, strong communication skills, and willingness to learn. Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Design, Advertising and Public Relations, or related fields; Availability to work onsite at the Eldorado do Sul Administrative Center.
