Join the **Madesa Team!** **Responsibilities and Duties** * Define and prioritize e-commerce and web platform improvements and features, aligning business goals, stakeholders, and development teams; * Collaborate with the development agency on implementation, integration, and monitoring of digital solutions; * Monitor e-commerce and blog page loading performance, generating reports, suggesting, executing, and tracking improvements to ensure a seamless user experience; * Analyze performance metrics—such as loading time, bounce rate, and conversion—identifying opportunities for continuous optimization; * Ensure the user experience (UX/UI) aligns with business objectives and industry best practices; * Conduct usability testing, documenting results and highlighting improvement opportunities across digital platforms; * Suggest system enhancements for the web environment, engaging agencies and creating environments for simulation and testing; * Document processes, reports, and changes implemented, maintaining an organized and up-to-date history; * Develop and implement process improvements for the Marketing team. **Requirements and Qualifications** **For this position, we expect you to have:** * Availability to work onsite at the company, from 7:00 a.m. to 4:45 p.m.; * Programming experience (PHP, HTML, CSS, JavaScript, Python); * Project management experience, including backlog structuring and task prioritization; * Currently pursuing a bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Systems Analysis and Development, Computer Science, Technology, or related fields; * Familiarity with web page performance evaluation tools (e.g., Google PageSpeed Insights, Lighthouse). **It would also be great if you have:** * Prior experience with e-commerce system integrations and APIs; * Experience with e-commerce platforms such as VTEX, Shopify, or others; * Knowledge of Google Analytics and Google Tag Manager; * Knowledge of AI and AI Agents. **Additional Information** #### **BENEFITS** At Madesa, we deeply care about our employees’ health, satisfaction, and well-being.
