Requirements: Our Support and Sustenance area seeks a Technical Support Analyst to join our team at Brazil’s largest software and financial-market product development company, where we believe technological innovation inspires progress. **Key Responsibilities:** * Analyze incidents and implement workarounds; * Identify root causes of problems and implement root-cause solutions; * Understand client requests in collaboration with clients; * Validate deliveries with clients to ensure requirement compliance; * Implement deliveries within the established SLA; **To \#match this role, the following mandatory requirements must be met:** * C\# development experience * PL\-SQL experience, preferably with ORACLE databases * Strong communication skills for client support * .NET Framework experience * Experience with ASP.Net, VB.Net, C\# WebServices, HTML, SQL Server, and MVC * Version control using TFS (Team Foundation Server) and GIT * Knowledge of development frameworks and IDEs Benefits **So, do you identify with what you’ve read so far?
