Job Summary: Professional responsible for developing, implementing, and advising on Process Safety, with emphasis on procedures, risk management, and accident reduction in industrial environments. Autonomy to generate positive impact Develop, implement, advise, and guide across various Safety topics, including procedures and practices, human factors, and process management. This position emphasizes Process Safety—creating and developing procedures to comply with legal and international standards, and performing risk management with a focus on accident reduction. Energy and strong collaboration with internal teams and partners are essential. Continuous focus on added value, innovation, and best practices is required. **Responsibilities and Duties** * Advise various company departments on SMS (Safety Management System) matters, with emphasis on Process Safety; * Implement qualitative and quantitative industrial risk analysis methodologies; * Study and implement fire protection systems, and maintain the Emergency Response Plan for industrial plants in Manaus; * Classify and support accident analyses, propose preventive measures, and investigate root causes; * Implement SMS procedures, especially: Lockout/Tagout (Control of Hazardous Energy), Management of Change (MOC); * Support the Process Engineering team regarding operational risks related to Process Safety; * Organize, execute, and serve as technical lead for mandatory and specialized SMS training programs; * Advise occupational safety technical teams at industrial plants in Manaus; * Maintain updated SESMT (Specialized Service in Occupational Safety and Medicine) registration with SRTE authority; **Requirements and Qualifications** **Mandatory:** * Completed undergraduate degree in Environmental Engineering, Chemical Engineering, or related fields; * Specialization in Occupational Safety Engineering. **Preferred qualifications:** * Team leadership experience; * Experience in Process Safety applied to industrial environments; * Knowledge of risk analysis methodologies (HAZOP, What\-if, LOPA, PHA, MOC, PSSR, among others); * Experience in investigating personal and process-related accidents; * Familiarity with fire protection systems and Emergency Response Plans. **Additional Information** **What We Offer?** * Nationwide medical and dental assistance (extendable to dependents). * On-site restaurant offering healthy meals. * Charter transportation. * TotalPass. * Pharmacy benefits. * Life insurance. * Maternity basket. **Professional Development:** * Education assistance and educational partnerships. * Investment in your professional growth. **Compensation and Benefits:** * Competitive salary aligned with the petrochemical market. * Profit-sharing program (PLR). * Enhanced vacation pay (1/3 plus 2/3\). * Assistance for children with special needs. **Why Join INNOVA?** At INNOVA, safety and well-being are fundamental pillars for the success of our operations.
