Plan and execute talent attraction strategies considering seasonality, operational urgency, and labor shortage. Manage the full R\&S cycle, from job opening to hiring, ensuring deadline compliance, candidate quality, and alignment with managers. Perform strategic resume screening, competency-based interviews, and assessments as required by the positions. Engage in active sourcing, external initiatives, local partnerships, employee referrals, and continuous maintenance of an updated talent database. Support operational leaders and managers in defining job profiles, prioritizing openings, and making hiring decisions. Monitor and analyze recruitment metrics (SLA, time-to-fill, number of hires, dropout rate, and early retention), proposing improvements to enhance results. Ensure process compliance with internal policies, organizational practices, and current labor legislation. **Requirements:** Proven experience as a Recruitment and Selection Analyst, with demonstrated work in high-volume hiring. Desirable experience in transportation companies, logistics, or operational environments. Clear, objective, and assertive communication skills, with ability to interact effectively with operational staff and leadership. Decisive capability to conduct competency-based interviews and assessments efficiently and consistently. Proficiency in recruitment platforms, ATS, social media, and active sourcing techniques. Practical knowledge of labor legislation and onboarding processes. Organized, proactive profile, goal-oriented, focused on metrics and deadlines. Ability to work under pressure while managing multiple simultaneous demands.
