**Requirements:**
High school diploma or equivalent;
Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office suite;
Sales and customer service experience is desirable;
Familiarity with sales targets and performance metrics is a plus;
Knowledge of Android and iOS systems is a plus.
**Responsibilities:**
Provide in-person or online customer service using the company's official tools, adopting a consultative approach to identify customer needs and offer a unique value proposition;
Conduct product and service demonstrations, clarifying questions regarding specifications to enhance customer confidence in decision-making;
Sell products (mobile phones and accessories) and services (plans and digital services) according to customer needs, following company procedures and guidelines;
Promote product and service offers and actively attract new customers; maintain these relationships;
Take ownership of organizing and maintaining workplace cleanliness;
Assist in managing customer flow and organizing waiting lines in-store when necessary;
Arrange products in the display window and keep it organized according to company standards.
