




Job Summary: A professional responsible for identifying customer needs, performing vehicle maintenance and repairs, diagnosing systems, and ensuring customer satisfaction while adhering to quality processes and standards. Focus on customer satisfaction and continuous improvement The professional will be responsible for correctly identifying and interpreting customer needs and service orders, opening service orders (SO) in the Dealer Management System (DMS). They must request parts at the Parts Counter, verify their suitability, and select necessary tools for each job, following established procedures. The professional prepares vehicles using protective covers and checks safety items, tires, brakes, filters, and other components. They diagnose and repair mechanical, electro-electronic, and body systems using information platforms, technical bulletins, recalls, and campaigns. They prepare estimates based on mileage and assessed items, perform inspections and replace damaged parts, utilizing tools such as wiTECH in advanced mode, updating modules and recording events in ScanReport. They perform wheel alignment and balancing, and ensure recall execution. They keep replaced parts organized for customer presentation, sign completed service orders, maintain cleanliness and organization per the 5S standard, participate in internal training, and continuously update their knowledge. They also monitor customer satisfaction indicators and implement improvements when necessary, always using PPE correctly.
