Imagine yourself undertaking challenging, dynamic, and innovative projects, **and being responsible for:** * Leading the Investigation, Processes, and Loss Prevention area, providing support and guidance to the team so they can conduct structured, fact- and data-based analyses—timely and statistically grounded—to prevent and resolve problems. * Conducting strategic meetings tied to the department’s key performance indicators and critical issues. Standardizing, implementing, controlling, and monitoring Mercado Libre’s policies and procedures, aligning them with the company’s global strategy. * Monitoring and acting upon performance indicators, keeping them aligned with corporate objectives; suggesting improvements; managing actions and projects; and ensuring operations remain within defined parameters. * Leading the team inspiringly—transferring knowledge, motivating, continuously learning, implementing the people strategy to accomplish required tasks, setting short-, medium-, and long-term goals, continuously monitoring and developing organizational climate, and safeguarding positive multidisciplinary relationships through ongoing interactions with other departments.
