Clarification of inquiries and registration of requests regarding electricity Job Description We seek professionals to work as Customer Relationship Representatives at CEMIG, providing direct customer support to the company’s clients. The role involves receptive and/or in-person service, with a focus on excellence, courtesy, and responsiveness in clarifying inquiries, registering requests, conducting negotiations, and providing guidance on electricity services. Responsibilities Provide customer service via telephone, in person, or through digital channels; Clarify inquiries regarding bills, consumption, power disconnection and reconnection, duplicate billing, and other services offered by CEMIG; Register customer interactions in internal systems; Route requests to responsible departments when necessary; Meet quality targets, average handling time, and customer satisfaction goals. Requirements Completed high school education; Strong verbal and written communication skills; Basic computer literacy; Prior customer service experience is a plus.
