Job Summary:
Assist in component assembly, perform quality inspections, and collaborate with the team to optimize processes.

**Main Responsibilities:**
* Assist in assembling components and products according to technical specifications and provided drawings;
* Prepare and organize tools and materials required for the assembly process;
* Conduct quality inspections on assembled products to ensure compliance with established standards;
* Maintain a clean and organized workspace, adhering to occupational health and safety regulations;
* Collaborate with the assembly team to optimize processes and improve efficiency;
* Report any issues or non-conformities to the immediate supervisor.
**Requirements:**
* High school diploma preferred;
* Prior experience in assembly or production is desirable but not mandatory;
* Ability to work effectively in a team and follow instructions;
* Good motor coordination and attention to detail;
* Availability to work rotating shifts, if required.
