Job Summary: Responsible for restocking merchandise, organizing displays, ensuring safe customer circulation, and providing courteous customer service. Key Highlights: 1. Restocking and organizing merchandise for high availability. 2. Careful product display and customer service. 3. Customer support and product control. **Understand Your Mission:** * Restock merchandise on shelves/families and in "picking" areas, executing basic procedures of "full, clean, labeled, safe", maintaining correct stock location in aisles, suggesting adjustments when necessary, and complying with safety rules and procedures to ensure continuous high stock availability for customers; * Replace labels and create signage and product sample displays following the "see, understand, touch, buy" procedure, keeping display stands, cross-marketing materials, and cartobags in perfect condition to facilitate customer self-service at the shelf; * Ensure no pallets, merchandise, boxes, plastics, equipment, or other items obstruct or impede customer circulation in the section's aisles, thereby preventing potential accidents; * Remain attentive to checkout staff requests and provide support whenever needed to ensure fast customer service; * Respond attentively and courteously to customers when approached, always demonstrating courtesy, attention, and willingness to facilitate sales through excellent service; * Scan visual stockouts within your assigned territory, considering the four scenarios (replenishment, inventory, AVS's, and unscanned stockouts), to maintain control over available products. **To Join Our Team, You Must Have:** * Completed high school education; * Experience operating elevated platforms and ladders; * Knowledge of sales and negotiation, market trends, demand, and competition; * Microsoft Office Suite – Word and Excel. **Benefits Package:** * Medical assistance; * Dental assistance; * Life insurance; * Wellhub; * On-site meals; * Basic food basket; * Christmas basket; * Progress bonus; * Extended maternity and paternity leave; * Transportation allowance or parking; * All Adeo – annual free shares linked to global performance.
