Being communicative, proactive, and organized. **Description and Responsibilities:** **Schedule:** Tuesday to Friday, 9 AM to 6 PM; Saturday, 9 AM to 4 PM **Level:** Operational **Employment Type:** Full-time – CLT Attend with charisma and empathy, providing active listening Handle scheduling, confirmations, and walk-in appointments Assist with basic administrative tasks (data entry, calendar management, and medical records) Ensure organization and presentation of the reception area and environment Be familiar with social media platforms Record videos and create simple content for the clinic's Instagram Stay updated on technology and digital trends Be communicative, proactive, and organized Collaborate with the team, aligning with the Institute's mission **Requirements:** Strong verbal and written communication skills. Organizational skills and attention to detail. Proactivity.
