Job Summary: Strategically and analytically support planning and optimization of collection, transfer, and delivery operational processes to enhance efficiency and fluidity. Key Highlights: 1. Work on operational optimization projects and critical process analysis. Strategically and analytically support planning and optimization of **collection, transfer, and delivery** operational processes, focusing on **efficiency gains, operational fluidity, and service level recovery**, without increasing structural or operational costs. The professional will be responsible for **identifying, assessing, and implementing improvements, tools, and market models**, bringing external references, success cases, and best practices applicable to JAMEF's reality. **Key Responsibilities** * Critically analyze **collection, transfer, and delivery** operational processes to identify bottlenecks, waste, and improvement opportunities. * Propose and implement **process, methodology, and/or operational tool improvements**, focusing on productivity, speed, and service quality. * Seek **external references**, new technologies, operational models, and market case studies applicable to the less-than-truckload (LTL) freight transportation context. * Participate in **operational optimization projects**, ensuring greater cargo flow fluidity and improved cargo readiness from origin (collection). * Collaborate closely with operational departments, branches, and internal stakeholders to support implementation of proposed changes. * Monitor operational and service-level indicators (SLA), evaluating impacts of implemented improvements. * Support development of solutions enabling **operational gains without structural expansion**, maintaining balance among cost, productivity, and quality. * Contribute analyses and recommendations for continuous improvement of operational processes. **Technical Requirements and Experience** * Prior experience in **logistics planning or operations**, preferably in: * Less-than-truckload (LTL) freight transportation * E-commerce operations * High-speed, high-service-level logistics * Experience in **implementing operational, process, or tool improvements** (not IT-focused, but operationally oriented). * Ability to analyze end-to-end processes and propose practical, applicable solutions. * Knowledge of **collection, transfer, and delivery** workflows. * Experience with operational KPIs and performance tracking. * **SQL knowledge is not mandatory**. **Desired Behavioral Profile** * Critical and analytical perspective on operational processes. * **Proactive, curious, and continuous-improvement-oriented** mindset. * Ability to seek solutions beyond the internal environment (benchmarking and market references). * Strong communication skills and ability to interface across operational departments. * Sense of priority, organization, and results orientation. * Ability to influence and support implementation of operational changes. **Preferred Qualifications** * Experience in **less-than-truckload (LTL) freight transportation** or **e-commerce** companies. * Participation in **business process reengineering**, logistics optimization, or service level improvement projects. * Experience in operations handling **high-value-added cargo**. * Experience with origin-based cargo preparation models (e.g., customer-side processing).
