Join us too! **Opportunity:** Agile Trainee **Summary of Responsibilities:** The Agile Trainee will assist development teams and act as an enabler of agile culture, promoting practices that enhance efficiency, collaboration, and value delivery, ensuring alignment among teams, stakeholders, and the organization’s strategic objectives, as well as supporting agile frameworks such as Azure DevOps. **Responsibilities:** * Facilitate and monitor agile ceremonies (Daily Stand-up, Planning, Review, and Retrospective). * Promote adoption of agile practices, ensuring adherence to the principles and values of the chosen methodology—either Kanban or Scrum. * Identify and remove impediments affecting team progress. * Foster a collaborative work environment. * Act as a coach for the team and stakeholders, promoting agile culture. * Monitor and report agile metrics, such as velocity, burndown charts, cycle time, lead time, rework, etc. * Support the Product Owner in backlog management and priority definition.
