




Job Summary: A Pharmacy professional with an active CRF license to coordinate Quality Assurance activities, manage people and processes, and ensure product compliance. Key Highlights: 1. Participate in the development of quality agreements and deviation analyses **Requirements and Qualifications:** Bachelor's degree in Pharmacy with an active CRF license Intermediate computer skills (Microsoft Office, system navigation, and internet) Knowledge of Totvs/SeSuite is desirable Experience in Quality Assurance operations, people management, and familiarity with Quality tools. **Responsibilities and Duties:** Coordinate activities related to the development, review, and issuance of master formulas and product structures. Review production technical sheets and analysis reports, and provide disposition regarding product release for commercialization by the respective unit. Keep all procedures and documents of the Quality Management System up to date. Participate in handling incidents/deviations, and propose and implement preventive and corrective actions. Evaluate monitoring and control of manufacturing environments, and provide technical Quality Assurance support to departments involved in this process. Contribute to technical customer complaint meetings for the respective unit. Monitor team members' activities related to the core activities/processes of the Quality Assurance Operations Department. Monitor departmental goal achievement and intervene in results as needed. Identify, analyze, and propose actions to resolve anomalies arising from Quality Assurance Operations processes. Participate in developing quality agreements for outsourced manufacturing, providing support whenever necessary. Provide appropriate disposition for finished products returned from the market. **Additional Information:** Working hours: 8:00 AM to 6:00 PM Location: Montes Claros
