Imagine yourself leading challenging, dynamic, and innovative projects, **responsible for:** * Managing and directing a multidisciplinary team that, alongside you, will operate in a hybrid model across training processes for employees in over 30 last-mile operations—these operations being managed by Mercado Livre’s logistics partner operators. * Applying routine management concepts, leading multiple training schedules and projects, as well as broader initiatives generating positive impact on business metrics—demonstrating the department’s value to the organization. * Serving as the point of reference for all areas involved in the training process and ensuring fluid communication, with strong prioritization sense and strategic vision at the interface between operations, technology, and corporate governance—maintaining a holistic view of internal processes. * Leading projects aimed at sustaining high levels of operational excellence, as well as supporting potential new openings of transportation operational units. * Managing performance indicators, driving action plans with responsible areas, with clear accountability and a before-and-after perspective. **Requirements:** * Bachelor’s degree in Administration, Engineering, Logistics, Project Management, Process Management, or related fields. * Strategic-operational profile, working in full synergy with operations. * Knowledge of Supply Chain, Operational Excellence, and Continuous Improvement is a plus. * Ability to work in a hybrid mode and willingness to travel to cities in Brazil’s interior and southern region, as required by business needs. **We offer you:** * The opportunity to join an entrepreneurial company where we love thinking big—and long-term. * The chance to be the protagonist of your own development in an environment rich in opportunities, learning, growth, expansion, and challenging projects. * Collaboration and knowledge sharing within a team of outstanding professionals and subject-matter experts. * An excellent work environment, equipped with everything needed for you to have a great experience. :) Mercado Livre does not contact candidates requesting money in exchange for job opportunities.
