Join the team leading logistics in Latin America, delivering world-class customized solutions and integrating local and regional carriers through borderless commerce. **What are the challenges of this position?** * Monitor operations by maintaining close contact with carriers and analyzing operational KPIs and action plans to improve performance. * Ensure that shipping complies with established service-level agreements. * Report dashboards to address the top process offenders. * Support and attend floor meetings with leadership to analyze root causes of process impacts, based on action plans. * Collect relevant data at each process stage and conduct risk assessment analysis. **What are the required qualifications for this position?** * Advanced knowledge of SQL, data exploration, and Microsoft Office suite; Tableau proficiency is desirable. * Solid expertise in data manipulation and visualization tools such as Power BI. * Bachelor’s degree completed, preferably in Engineering, Mathematics, Statistics, Computer Science, or related fields. * Experience in project management. * Willingness to work onsite in Araçariguama\- SP
