Join Us! **Responsibilities:** Operational leadership, technical supervision of projects and internal/outsourced teams, team management, materials and equipment, short-/medium-term activity planning, quality control (internal/external), ensuring compliance with safety standards, and acting as the liaison between engineering and the construction site. **Requirements:** Proven experience as a Construction Foreman. Basic understanding of activity planning and scheduling. Proven experience as a site supervisor/Construction Foreman. **Additional Information:** Working Hours: Monday to Thursday, 7 AM to 5 PM | Friday, 7 AM to 4 PM Location: Praça Alexina Cândida Conceição, 5 \- Centro, Patos de Minas Employment Type: CLT Position Type: Permanent CLT Work Mode: On-site
