Job Summary: Responsible for monitoring foot traffic, preventing losses, ensuring safety, preparing reports, and enforcing company policies. Key Highlights: 1. Preparation of incident reports **What will you do daily?** * Monitor customer and staff movement within the store premises * Conduct periodic patrols to prevent losses and theft * Supervise the entry and exit of goods and vehicles * Verify the proper functioning of security equipment (cameras, alarms, etc.) * Prepare incident reports and support internal investigations * Ensure compliance with company-established safety and conduct policies **Therefore, we require that you have:** * Completed high school education * Prior experience in this role or in related security/surveillance fields * Strong communication skills and professional demeanor * Availability to work rotating shifts and weekends **The following would be advantageous:** * Security guard training or education in security-related fields * Previous experience in retail or supermarket sectors * Basic computer literacy and familiarity with monitoring systems Employment type: Full-time, CLT permanent contract Compensation: R$1.998,00 - R$2.948,00 per month Benefits: * Dental care assistance * Fuel allowance * Life insurance * Meal voucher * Transportation voucher Work location: On-site
