Professional monitoring and development The Human Resources Intern is an academically enrolled professional who supports personnel administration routines, developing technical and practical skills related to payroll management, labor calculations, and ancillary obligations. Works under direct supervision, providing support in basic activities while learning about the sector’s legal and practical requirements. **Prerequisites:** Currently pursuing a Bachelor's degree or Technical course in Accounting Sciences or Human Resources. **Responsibilities:** **Support in Operational Routines:** * Assist in controlling and organizing employee files and documents, such as employment contracts and pay slips. * Monitor hiring and termination processes, entering data and verifying documents. * Support maintaining employee records in payroll systems. **Support in Legal Obligations:** * Assist in generating and verifying labor-related forms, such as FGTS, INSS, and IRRF. * Monitor submission of information to eSocial under supervision. * Support preparation of reports and updating of data to meet legal requirements. **Timekeeping and Benefits Management:** * Monitor and record information related to electronic and manual timekeeping. * Assist in managing benefits, such as transportation vouchers and meal allowances, verifying and registering them in the system; **Monitoring and Development:** * Observe departmental processes to apply academic knowledge and enhance practical skills. * Participate in meetings and training sessions organized by the team.\"
