Job Summary: The professional will be responsible for observing the area, ensuring site security, monitoring the movement of people and vehicles, and performing visible security activities to promote safety. Key Highlights: 1. Ensure site security by monitoring people and vehicles. 2. Conduct inspections and maintain a firm yet courteous demeanor. 3. Proactively safeguard people, facilities, and materials. RESPONSIBILITIES: Observe the area to ensure site security, maintaining vigilance over the movement of people and vehicles. Carry out preventive actions to maintain post security. Conduct inspections within the post perimeter. Maintain a firm yet courteous demeanor toward customers and their employees. Provide any information or assistance requested by the immediate supervisor. Perform visible security duties to promote the safety of people, facilities, and materials, deterring and preventing actions harmful to the client's interests—whether criminal or not—while complying with legal requirements. Follow all directives and procedures established for the assigned post. Prepare daily shift/post reports as stipulated by the company. Be accountable for the custody of assigned materials (firearms, documentation, and post equipment). Complete required documents for job performance (e.g., guard logbook and time card). In case of an incident, act proactively according to established procedures, preserving one’s own life and the assets under responsibility. Other duties inherent to the position. MANDATORY REQUIREMENTS FOR APPLICATION: Completed or ongoing high school education. Desirable: Updated security guard training course. Computer literacy. Flexible availability.
