Provide inbound and/or in-person customer service JOB: CUSTOMER REPRESENTATIVE\-CEMIG AVAILABILITY TO TRAVEL Position: Customer Representative – CEMIG Work Location: PIRAPORA/MG Employment Type: CLT Schedule: Rotating Shift (5 days on, 2 days off) – Shift: 7:30 AM to 5:18 PM Salary: BRL 1\.870; increases to BRL 2\.294 after 3 months. Job Description: We are seeking professionals to work as Customer Relationship Representatives at CEMIG, providing direct support to the company’s customers. The role involves inbound and/or in-person customer service, with an emphasis on excellence, courtesy, and responsiveness in clarifying inquiries, registering requests, conducting negotiations, and providing guidance regarding electricity services. Responsibilities: Provide customer service in person or via digital channels; Clarify inquiries regarding bills, consumption, power disconnection/reconnection, duplicate bill issuance, and other CEMIG services; Route requests to respective departments when necessary; Meet quality targets, average handling time, and customer satisfaction goals. Requirements: Completed high school education; Strong verbal and written communication skills; Basic computer knowledge; Prior customer service experience is a plus.
