**JOB OPPORTUNITY**
**TOOLMAKER I**
**Location: TRES LAGOAS/MS**
We are seeking professionals with GOOD COMMUNICATION SKILLS, PROACTIVITY, and a desire to DEVELOP within a multinational company, a global leader in the development and production of responsible packaging.
**Job Overview:**
Execute tooling demands, producing specific parts to meet production and production support department requirements.
**Requirements:**
* Technical degree in Mechanical Engineering, Mechatronics, Electromechanics, Machining, Toolmaking, or related fields.
* Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering or similar disciplines (preferred, currently pursuing).
* Dimensional metrology and tolerance control.
* Machining processes for toolmaking.
* Cutting tools, materials, and machining parameters.
* Machine elements and mechanical fits.
* Six months of experience in similar activities.
**Responsibilities:**
1\. Fabricate molds for thermoforming, general fixtures, machine maintenance parts, and tools through machining and assembly of components, using technical drawings, samples, machine tools, and measuring instruments;
2\. Perform mold installation, adjustment, and replacement;
3\. Record service time and mold anomalies using standardized forms and worksheets, contributing to historical records and cost control, manufacturing cycle times, activities, and equipment tracking;
4\. Perform job-related tasks in accordance with the WCOM methodology;
5\. Assist in assembly/disassembly of parts and assemblies, repairing and adjusting components and fixtures per mechanical drawings and manufacturing orders, ensuring equipment remains operational for the production process;
6\. Assist in partial and complete setups;
7\. Understand and comply with the Environmental Policy;
8\. Be aware of the Ethics Policy and adhere to it;
9\. Comply with Occupational Safety regulations;
10\. Ensure implementation of the Quality Policy;
11\. Maintain good manufacturing practices applicable to oneself and/or one’s activity or department;
12\. Observe, guide, and maintain good manufacturing practices and management system elements relevant to one’s personnel and department;
13\. Ensure implementation of the Quality Policy;
14\. Comply with Occupational Safety regulations and ensure implementation of the Quality Policy;
15\. Maintain good manufacturing practices applicable to oneself and/or one’s activity or department.
