YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES: * Handle delinquent customers, regularize contracts, receive and verify payments, formalize payment clearance, and report information through departmental tracking systems, ensuring accurate and reliable transmission of information and funds; * Support in-person, telephone, and/or email customer service for internal and external clients by providing information, identifying request nature, and directing inquiries to responsible departments, contributing to service excellence at the unit; * Manage dispatch and receipt of registered mail pouches by recording document entry and exit, performing sorting, verification, and distribution to comply with departmental procedures; * Assist in preparing reports, forms, and spreadsheets: collecting data; creating and updating control spreadsheets; drafting reports, memoranda, and other administrative documents; * Organize various departmental documents and files, classifying them according to predefined criteria and archiving them per departmental procedures, to ensure document preservation, control, and organization; * Support management in administrative tasks, assisting in activity control and execution.
