Job Summary: The Child Monitor will supervise, entertain, and ensure the safety of children in the gym's kids' area, providing a welcoming and recreational environment. Key Highlights: 1. Responsible for supervising and entertaining children in a safe environment. 2. Planning and implementation of recreational and playful activities. 3. Maintaining the organization and cleanliness of the children's area. Position: Child Monitor **Schedule:** Monday to Friday, 7:00 AM to 1:00 PM / 5:00 PM to 11:00 PM Saturdays, 9:00 AM to 3:00 PM\. The Child Monitor will be responsible for supervising, entertaining, and ensuring the safety of children in the gym's kids' area, providing a welcoming, safe, and recreational environment while guardians use the facility's services. Main Responsibilities * Greet and accompany children in the kids' area * Plan and execute recreational and playful activities * Ensure children's safety and well-being during their stay * Maintain organization and cleanliness of toys and the kids' area * Inform guardians of any relevant situations involving the child * Control children's entry and exit according to the gym's regulations * Follow company safety protocols and guidelines * ✅ Requirements * Completed high school (a college degree or ongoing studies in Pedagogy, Physical Education, or related fields is preferred) * Prior experience working with children is a plus * Ability to work effectively with young children * Good communication skills and professional demeanor * Organization, responsibility, and attention to detail Employment Type: Full-time CLT Benefits: * Meal allowance * Transportation allowance * Fuel allowance Selection Question(s): * Do you have experience as a child monitor?
