Employment Type: Full-time CLT Salary: R$ 2\.965,51 Benefits offered to employees: Transportation allowance Meal allowance: R$ 21.17 per business day (with 5% payroll deduction) ➕ During travel: additional daily amount Hapvida health insurance (with co-payment) Dental plan: R$ 13.18/month Life insurance Online psychological support Gym partnerships Other quality-of-life initiatives promoted by the company Work Location: Belo Horizonte – MG and throughout the state of Minas Gerais Requirements: Bachelor’s degree in Social Work \+ active professional registration; Experience working on Social Projects or within the Socio-Assistance Network; Experience delivering lectures and conducting social initiatives; Driver’s license category B and driving experience; Availability for travel. Main Responsibilities: Plan and implement social initiatives in operational territories; Conduct reference meetings with local leaders; Support and lead field visits; Monitor the progress of social projects; Provide assistance to families involved in programs; Measure and analyze social indicators and action outcomes.
