We seek a mature, disciplined professional with strategic mindset — this is not an internship position. **Compensation** * Fixed fees: BRL 2\.000,00 (PJ) * Transportation allowance * Commission per closed contract * Average monthly earnings between BRL 2\.500,00 and BRL 3\.500,00, depending on performance and conversion rate. **About the Opportunity** The candidate will be responsible for the initial contact with leads, providing initial consultative support, performing strategic qualification, and routing qualified leads to the closing team. We seek someone energetic, consistent, and committed to achieving goals. **Key Responsibilities** * Lead engagement and qualification (via WhatsApp, phone, and social media) * Proactive prospecting when required * CRM organization and updates * Scheduling meetings for the closing team * Strategic follow-ups * Supporting continuous improvement of the sales process **Requirements** * Prior experience in sales, SDR, telemarketing, or customer service * Strong verbal and written communication skills * Organized, disciplined, and goal-oriented profile * Availability for full-time on-site work during business hours * Preferred experience in legal or financial services Minimum Education: High School Diploma (Secondary Education)
