Job Summary: Support HR department routines, contributing to employee engagement and the organization of departmental processes. Key Highlights: 1. Support in internal communication and creation of promotional materials **Responsibilities:** Support HR department routines (recruitment, training, and internal communication), contributing to employee engagement and the organization of departmental processes. **Duties:** * Assist in managing recruitment processes; * Support tracking and organizing training activities. * Assist with internal communication, including updating bulletin boards, corporate TVs, and other communication channels; additionally, support designing layouts, graphic assets, and internal promotional materials; * Assist in rolling out HR and Communications internal campaigns and initiatives. * Support coordination with external vendors and communications agencies. * Provide support for other tasks inherent to Human Resources and Internal Communication departments. **Requirements and Qualifications:** * Currently enrolled in a bachelor's program: Business Administration, Psychology, Human Resources Management, or related fields; * Intermediate Microsoft Office proficiency; * Experience in Human Resources processes (preferred); * Familiarity with Canva platform (preferred).
