**Requirements – Feedlot Foreman**
Proven experience in beef cattle feedlot operations (minimum 2–3 fattening seasons);
Practical knowledge of rational management, bovine nutrition, and animal health;
Experience in team leadership and coordination of cowboys and day laborers;
Ability to solve practical field problems (e.g., basic infrastructure repairs);
Basic understanding of control and recordkeeping (notes, simple reports, basic indicators);
Valid driver’s license;
Experience operating agricultural machinery and implements;
**Preferred Qualification:** Prior work experience on medium- or large-scale farms handling high volumes of livestock.

Salary: R$2.260,87 – R$4.363,31 per month
