The Amazon University Center – Unama Ananindeua, located at BR-316 Highway, KM 03 S/N, Coqueiro Neighborhood, Ananindeua – PA, hereby informs all interested parties that applications are open for the selection process aimed at filling faculty positions. **Requirements:** Candidates must possess: a Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering; and a Doctorate, Master’s, or Specialist degree. **Available Courses:** The following courses are open for faculty selection: * MECHANICAL ENGINEERING: INDUSTRIAL INSTALLATIONS AND PROJECTS **Selection Process:** Evaluation of the candidate’s Lattes Curriculum will be eliminatory, considering the following criteria: a) Academic background; b) Scientific, technological, artistic, or cultural production; c) Professional updating; d) Teaching experience. The selection process will further consist of: I) A written examination on a relevant topic related to the subject matter, comprising one question addressing general knowledge and two questions on specific knowledge; II) A didactic-pedagogical assessment involving a 20-minute expository lecture. For this assessment, candidates will be previously informed of the specific topics—randomly selected from the official syllabus—to prepare their presentation. The didactic-pedagogical assessment and the interview will be classified as ranking components. Only candidates who meet the minimum requirements established during the Lattes Curriculum evaluation will proceed to this phase, following the interview.
