Experience * Experience in retail sales (preferably in construction materials, home centers, or similar sectors); * Prior experience in supervision, coordination, or team leadership; * Knowledge of negotiation techniques, customer service, and performance management. Technical Skills * Basic understanding of inventory and product turnover; * Ability to analyze sales reports; * Basic computer skills (spreadsheets, management/ERP systems); * Advantage: Technical knowledge of construction materials (paints, flooring, plumbing, electrical, hardware, etc.). Responsibilities and Duties: Sales Growth * Achieve and exceed monthly revenue targets; * Increase average transaction value per customer; * Expand the base of active and loyal customers. Efficient Team Management * Keep the team motivated, productive, and aligned with company objectives; * Reduce turnover and continuously develop sales staff; * Ensure adherence to service standards and internal processes by all team members. Control and Profitability * Monitor profit margins and ensure financial health of sales operations; * Minimize losses caused by excessive discounts, order errors, or stockouts; * Support appropriate merchandise turnover (avoid overstocking).
