We seek individuals willing to roll up their sleeves and collaborate effectively—regardless of gender identity, sexual orientation, skin color, age, religion, ethnicity, or type of disability. **Join us—be part of incredible stories!** **Requirements:** * Flexible availability regarding working hours * Completed high school education * Ability to develop and engage the team * Results-oriented mindset and ability to monitor key performance indicators. **Main Responsibilities:** • Check daily the work of each team member: shift schedules, absences, and working hours; • Participate in the selection of new employees, train them, and provide day-to-day guidance; • Manage internal team conflicts and report to management and HR when necessary; • Monitor the team to ensure compliance with internal company regulations—including proper use of uniforms, ID badges, footwear, and personal protective equipment (PPE); • Ensure the store replenishment team keeps shelves fully stocked with clean, consumable products; • Verify daily whether all received products have been placed in the sales area; • Supervise pricing of all products on shelves according to established criteria; • Supervise daily product expiration date control, and notify the manager in advance of approaching expiry dates so appropriate measures can be taken; • Complete control reports upon request; • Complete the department’s daily checklist; • Maintain constant communication with Management and the Procurement Department; • Follow good manufacturing practices for food handling as outlined in Ordinance No. 2619/11, under the guidance of the company’s technical responsible officer.
