Job Summary: Professional responsible for inspection, feasibility analysis, contract execution monitoring, and performance optimization for construction projects and contracts. Key Highlights: 1. Identification and proposal of corrective and preventive measures for construction projects. 2. Technical and economic feasibility analysis of contracts and projects. 3. Contract execution monitoring and performance optimization. Conduct on-site inspections of construction projects to identify operational difficulties, assess technical conditions, and propose corrective and preventive measures. Analyze the technical and economic feasibility of contracts and projects. Monitor contract execution in coordination with operational teams, ensuring compliance with technical, commercial, and legal clauses. Analyze contract performance indicators and propose improvements for performance optimization. Identify contractual risks and implement preventive and corrective actions to ensure contract sustainability. Ensure compliance with safety, environmental, and applicable regulatory standards. Requirements: Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or related fields. Experience in iron ore handling, earthworks, as well as knowledge of planning and measurement.
