




Job Summary: We are seeking a CAD Technician to prepare and review technical materials for infrastructure projects, contributing to area identification and regularization. Key Highlights: 1. Focus on georeferencing of rural and urban properties We are looking for a **CAD Technician** to join our **Projects** department, supporting infrastructure developments such as highways, railways, and mining. This professional will prepare and review technical materials, directly contributing to area identification and regularization. **Your day-to-day responsibilities will include:** * Preparing site plans and sketches for rural and urban properties; * Vectorizing and processing technical drawings based on topographic surveys and field visits; * Supporting analysis of land area overlaps (CAR, SIGEF, SNCI, among others); * Collaborating with engineering, surveying, and legal teams to ensure technical and documentary consistency; **Requirements:** * Technical education in Construction, Surveying, Geoprocessing, or related fields * Experience with **AutoCAD** (mandatory); * Familiarity with georeferencing of rural properties (SIGEF, CAR, INCRA); * Attention to detail, strong communication skills, and ability to work collaboratively across departments. **Preferred Qualifications:** * Knowledge of **QGIS, ArcGIS**, or similar software; * Experience in land regularization and expropriation projects; * Experience with geoprocessing tools and TopoCad. **What We Offer:** * CLT employment contract; * Meal allowance of BRL 42.00 per day; * Flexible transportation benefit; * Life insurance; * Dental plan. **Work Location and Schedule:** * Monday to Friday, from 08:00 to 17:00, with a 1-hour break. * Fully on-site
