Then this **Control and Automation Engineer** opportunity is for you: **Responsibilities and Duties** * Act as an interface with manufacturing during startups of new equipment, participate in training sessions, and disseminate knowledge to the service team; * Provide technical support to our service and sales teams, clarifying potential questions related to equipment; * Monitor and support digital products and telemetry systems, analyze data transmission, generate reports based on data collected by the telemetry system, and propose problem-solving solutions. * Perform software updates and parameterization on drilling control equipment; * Conduct field commissioning and acceptance testing (FAT/SAT) for Automine and Teleremote systems; * Monitor performance of automated systems and propose continuous improvements; * Provide technical support to maintenance and operations teams regarding failures and interventions in automated systems. * Support retrofit projects for autonomous drill rigs and other technological upgrades. **Requirements and Qualifications** * Bachelor’s degree in Control and Automation Engineering, Mechatronics, Electrical Engineering, Automation, or related fields; * Advanced English proficiency is mandatory; * Intermediate Microsoft Office skills; * Experience in equipment maintenance; * Knowledge of communication protocols; * Willingness to travel. **Additional Information** We offer a competitive benefits package including: * Health Insurance * Dental Insurance * Mental Health Assistance Plan – Holos * Physical Health Assistance Plan – Gympass * Life Insurance * Meal Voucher * Private Pension Plan * Profit Sharing Program (PPR) * Individual Bonus (based on goals) * Vacation Bonus * Christmas Card * Transportation Allowance * Newborn Kit * Birthday Day Off * Discount partnerships with universities and language courses Sandvik values all forms of diversity and remains committed to fair and transparent hiring practices for all candidates.
