Assistance in financial and office routines Provide general administrative support to management and the sales team, ensuring organized operations of the store office and facilitating daily activities. * **Responsibilities and Duties:** * Arrange coffee for training sessions, when required. * Organize documents and request payments/receipts from the finance department. * Update inventory, purchasing, and sales reporting spreadsheets. * Receive and assist customers. * Support management in preparing meetings and reports. * Provide support in cash flow management and financial data reconciliation. * **Requirements:** * Completed high school education. * Prior experience in administrative routines. * Basic to intermediate knowledge of Microsoft Office, especially Excel. * Organizational skills, attention to detail, and proactivity. * Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
