Main Responsibilities: \- Conduct recruitment and selection processes (job posting, candidate screening, and interviews); \- Support employee onboarding, offboarding, and integration; \- Perform routine People Department tasks (time tracking, benefits administration, vacation management, and payroll support); \- Monitor HR metrics and support continuous improvement initiatives; \- Provide frontline support to employees, addressing inquiries and offering assistance; \- Support training and development activities; \- Ensure compliance with internal policies and labor legislation. Requirements: \- Bachelor's degree completed or in progress in Human Resources or related fields; \- Prior experience in HR/People Department; \- Knowledge of labor legislation; \- Intermediate Microsoft Office proficiency. Preferred Qualifications: \- Experience with eSocial and payroll systems; \- Generalist HR experience.
