Organization, proactivity, and ability to work in a team **Responsibilities:** * Support administrative routines (filing, document organization, spreadsheet and report control). * Telephone customer service and support for clients and suppliers. * Assist in internal procurement, finance, and human resources processes. * Manage and update the company's social media accounts (posting content, engaging with followers, and monitoring metrics). * Collaborate with the team on communication campaigns and initiatives. **Requirements:** * Experience in administrative routines. * **Social media experience** (Instagram, TikTok), including post creation and engagement tracking. * Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint). * Strong verbal and written communication skills. * Organization, proactivity, and ability to work in a team. **Preferred Qualifications:** * Basic graphic design knowledge (Canva, Photoshop or similar tools). * Experience in public-facing customer service. **Working Hours:** 44 hours per week (on-site).
