More than developing trustworthy products, we build an environment where every employee has the opportunity to achieve their best, contributing to our shared success journey.  **We are hiring:** LOGISTICS OPERATIONS ASSISTANT **Responsibilities:** Execute routine operational tasks for the Customer Care Operations (CCO), Returns, and Transportation departments, ensuring continuity of activities with organization, agility, and adherence to established processes; Monitor and control operational routines related to merchandise returns; Handle incidents associated with returns, damages, rejections, and delivery discrepancies; Monitor transportation scheduling, pickups, and deliveries; Track vehicle status, routes, and compliance with operational time windows; Interact with drivers, transportation companies, and internal departments; Update operational controls, spreadsheets, and systems; Ensure accurate recording of area-related information and performance indicators; Support emergency handling and logistical rescheduling when necessary; Report operational deviations to leadership; Contribute to operational fluidity during coverage periods. Prerequisites Completed high school education or currently enrolled in a higher education program in Logistics, Administration, or related fields; Experience with logistics, transportation, returns, or CCO operational routines; Intermediate proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite; Willingness to work on holidays. **?
