This role involves supplier communication, price quotation, order tracking, and inventory control, contributing to the company's smooth operational functioning. **Key Responsibilities:** * Conduct quotations and negotiations with suppliers. * Issue purchase orders and monitor delivery deadlines. * Control inventory and product restocking. * Update departmental records, spreadsheets, and reports. * Support the purchasing team in administrative and operational routines. **Desired Profile:** * Organization, attention to detail, and strong communication skills. * Agility in handling multiple tasks. * Proactivity and comfort with numbers and controls. * Prior experience in purchasing or administrative roles is a plus.
