**What Your Day-to-Day Will Look Like**
* Execution of high-complexity tasks per technical instructions from the area, including:
* General disassembly;
* Cleaning and preparation of parts;
* General assembly not requiring torque control;
* Reading Process Instructions;
* Disassembly of locomotives/components, propulsion equipment, and motorized wheelsets;
* General assembly requiring torque control;
* Use of induction heater;
* Reading and interpretation of drawings;
* Use of controlled metrology equipment;
* Operation of boiler-making machines/equipment;
* Material transaction in the system;
* Material collection and segregation;
* Kit assembly;
* Material allocation;
* Material dispatch to internal and external customers;
* Execution of cyclic and rotating inventory activities;
* Material presentation;
* Operation of forklifts/platforms/tow tractors;
* Analysis and control of material distribution to internal customers;
* Possibility of performing mechanical, electrical, or pneumatic tasks per technical instructions from the area, including:
* Precision mechanical alignment;
* Precision mechanical assembly;
* Measuring interferences, leaks, and mechanical components;
* Balancing;
* Adjustments and interchangeability;
* Mechanical seating;
* Electro-electronic schematics and components;
* Use of electrical measurement equipment;
* Diagnosing electronic components and performing repairs;
* Proposing improvements to electrical schematics;
* Compliance with NR10;
* Bending pipes in 2D and 3D;
* Identifying leaks and eliminating pneumatic failures;
* Filling out daily process and quality control reports as established by the Quality department.
* Organizing and preparing the workplace according to the task to be performed, following process instructions and EHS guidelines.
* Contributing ideas and executing process improvements — Kaizen Program;
* Adhering to integrity and Compliance guidelines, as well as company EHS standards and procedures;
* Ensuring proper storage and preservation of materials to prevent deterioration and loss.
