Job Summary: A professional responsible for monitoring and supervising construction sites, completing reports, developing physical-financial schedules and measurements, as well as material take-offs and daily activity documentation. Key Highlights: 1. Construction site monitoring and supervision. 2. Development of schedules and measurements. 3. Material management and daily construction reports. **RESPONSIBILITIES INCLUDE:** * **Monitoring** * **Supervision** * **Report completion** * **Development of physical-financial schedules for ongoing construction projects;** * **Material take-off and tracking for each construction project;** * **Preparation of measurements for each ongoing construction project;** * **Completion of RDOs (Daily Construction Reports).** Employment Type: Full-time CLT, Freelance / PJ Compensation: R$1.000,00 - R$1.001,00 per month Benefits: * Meal allowance * Food allowance * Transportation allowance
